Seller Agreement
penalty
The following financial penalties will be imposed on your Shopx, according to the violations committed:
Two Way Shipping Chargers : You must pay both the delivery fee and the return shipping fee

Order Processing Time
Vendor must ship the order within 2 working days. Shipping the order within the given time frame is a responsibility of the vendor.
In case of unable to process the order, vendor must cancel the order within 24Hours.
Delivery chargers of the failed to deliver orders which did not ship the given time frame on will be deduct from the vendor.
The tracking number should be updated within 36 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that penalties will be charged if not delivered on time
PAYMENTS
shopx will ensure payment statements are available on the Seller Center with all relevant payment information.
All payments will be made in Sri Lankan Rupees. In case the Seller wishes to change the information for the Bank Account, it may do so by updating its Bank Account information through the Seller Center. Payments will be made via online transfer to the Bank Account specified by the Seller in the Seller Center.
** The Seller agrees that shopx shall not be liable for any failure to make payments arising due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Seller with regards to its Bank Account
You can get the money after 7 days after the product is received by the user. There are no hidden fees. Only government fees are applicable. no payment fee
WARRANTIES
Liability must be given in the warranty for the goods that are mentioned as warranty certificates. If you fail to do so, your account will be suspended
According to the rules of Sri Lanka, the liability period should be given. 6 months for electronics
Order Processing and Packaging:
You can send the relevant product to the user through an accepted any delivery service in Sri Lanka, which has a tracking system, we do not take any responsibility in this regard.
Pack your goods in a safe package, you are responsible for the goods. If the item breaks, you get it back

the Seller shall be obliged to process and package each order such that any and all sold Products shall have a Handling Time as defined by the Sellers ranking within the Customer Protection Policy. In case of any delay, either materialized or foreseen, the Seller shall immediately inform shopx via the Contact Us Form.
Commission
The commission we get for card and other payments is 7% and there are no different hidden charges. Government taxes are included
Currently, cod order is provided completely free of charge. You are responsible for that and you must transact for more than 3 months to activate cod payment.
Returns Claim
Acceptable prrof is required to get returns claim, otherwise you cannot get returns claim. packing video and photos
Illegal goods cannot be sold in Sri Lanka. Provide quality products
