This Marketplace Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions under which sellers (“Sellers”) may offer and sell products (“Products”) on Marketplace Name. By registering as a Seller on the Marketplace, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- Product Authenticity and Quality:
Original Products Only: Sellers warrant that all Products offered on the Marketplace are genuine, authentic, and of original quality. The sale of counterfeit, replica, or otherwise infringing products is strictly prohibited.
Product Descriptions: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete descriptions of their Products, including but not limited to brand, model, specifications, condition, and any relevant warranties.
Product Images: Sellers must provide high-quality images of their Products that accurately represent their appearance and condition.
- Order Fulfillment and Delivery:
Delivery Service: Sellers may utilize the Marketplace’s delivery service for order fulfillment. If using the Marketplace’s delivery service, Sellers agree to adhere to all related policies and procedures.
Delivery Timeframe: Regardless of the chosen delivery method, Sellers are obligated to ensure that orders are delivered to buyers within 48 hours of order confirmation. Failure to meet this timeframe may result in penalties, as outlined below.
Shipping Information: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to the Marketplace and/or the buyer.
Packaging: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that Products are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension:
Counterfeit Products: Selling counterfeit, replica, or infringing products will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the Seller’s account.
Scams and Misrepresentation: Any attempt to defraud buyers, including but not limited to delivering incorrect items, providing false product information, or engaging in fraudulent transactions, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the Seller’s account.
Non-Compliance with Agreement: Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal from the Marketplace, at the sole discretion of the Marketplace.
Funds Held: In cases of account suspension due to prohibited activities, any funds held in the Seller’s account may be withheld to compensate affected buyers or for other reasonable purposes, as determined by the Marketplace.
- Fees and Payments:

The Marketplace reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Sellers will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the Marketplace following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
By registering as a Seller on the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
